CONCEPT
Deacons and subdeacons participate in the diakonia, leiturgy and martyria of the Church like all the baptized, diligently serving the sick of body or soul (Mt 25: 34-40; 1 Pe 4: 11-12; cf. Rom 12: 8; 1 Cor 12: 5). They are servants of Christ and administrators of the mysteries of God ”(1 Cor 4: 1).
• Heal the sick,
• Raise the dead,
• Purify the lepers, and
• Cast out demons (Mt 10: 8)
They are tasks entrusted by Our Lord Jesus Christ but that the False Catholic Church does not want to do nor does it know how to fulfill it because it has ceased to be of Christ and has come to serve Satan. The assistentialism, the closing of temples, the communion in the hand, the confession lightly, and other sacrileges, offenses, heresies and apostasies of the Church of the New Order of Satan (or False Catholic Church) only brings souls to the perdition, and condemn them to the eternal fire of hell.
In view of the health needs, MSIC-PE®™ assigned priests, deacons, subdeacons, acolytes, exorcists and lay volunteers to fight against COVID-19 by providing medicine, food, health care, drinking water, shelter, and sacraments and sacramentals many being incomprehensibly arrested by the police and having suffered the confiscation of vehicles, materials and equipment by the watchmen and peasant rounds, but always protecting and defending the Holy Eucharist that the heretics and atheists wanted to uproot.
After the National Excommunication of all the rulers and clergy of Peru for their continuous acts of collusion and corruption to the detriment of the People of God during the COVID-19 pandemic, the diaconships have been entrusted to continue the work in Catholic homes that they state it in writing.
Such homes should take into account that deacons and subdeacons:
• serve the good of the health of the body and soul of the family member at home;
• spiritual aids are administered under the Tridentine Rite if the family so wishes;
• bodily health care is administered according to the above standards; and,
• our clergy submit to the ecclesial authority of our prelature and not to the apostate and anathema ecclesial authority.
If authorized by the family and so expressed by the patient, the deacon or subdeacon may:
• pray the Holy Rosary;
• lead spiritually;
• manage Viaticum;
• perform meditations and readings;
• guide the patient in his daily offering to the Sacred Heart of Jesus through the Immaculate Heart of Mary;
• consecrate the home and the whole family to the Sacred Heart of Jesus; and
• guiding and accompanying the family in Tridentine Masses.
The applicant will be better informed by personally interviewing the selected deacon and subdeacon for the in-home care service.
CONSIDERATIONS TO AVOID THE TRANSMISSION OF COVID-19
In order to avoid transmission of COVID-19, the applicant and family should consider whether it is better to house the deacon or sub-deacon at home for permanent patient care.
This would prevent infection on the street and public transport.
This is a measure to avoid viral load.

CONCEPTO
Los diáconos y subdiáconos participan en la diakonía, leiturgia y martyria de la Iglesia como todos los bautizados, sirven con diligencia a los enfermos del cuerpo o del alma (Mt 25:34-40; 1 Pe 4:11-12; cf. Rom 12:8; 1 Cor 12:5). Son servidores de Cristo y administradores de los misterios de Dios» (1 Cor 4:1):
• Curar a los enfermos,
• Resucitar a los muertos,
• Purificar a los leprosos, y
• Expulsar a los demonios (Mt 10:8)
Son tareas encomendadas por Nuestro Señor Jesucristo pero que la Falsa Iglesia Catolica no quiere hacer ni sabe cómo cumplir porque ha dejado de ser de Cristo y ha oasado a servir a Satanás. El asistencialismo, el cierre de templos, la comunión en la mano, la confesión a la ligera, y otros sacrilegios, ofenzas, herejías y apostasías de la Iglesia del Nuevo Orden de Satanás (o Falsa Iglesia Católica) solamente lleva a las almas a la perdición, y a condenarlas al fuego eterno del infierno.
En vista de las necesidades sanitarias, MSIC-PE®™ destinó sacerdotes, diáconos, subdiáconos, acólitos, exorcistas y voluntarios seglares a luchar contra el COVID-19 proveyendo de medicinas, alimentos, cuidados sanitarios, agua potable, cobijo, y sacramentos y sacramentales siendo muchos incomprensiblemente arrestados por la policia y habiendo sufrido la incautacion de vehículos, materiales y equipos por los serenazgos y rondas campesinas, pero siempre protegiendo y defendiendo a la Sagrada Eucaristia que los herejes y ateos quisieron arrancar.
Luego de la Excomunión Nacional de todos los gobernantes y clérigos del Perú por sus continuos actos de colusión y corrupción en perjuicio del Pueblo de Dios durante la pandemia de COVID-19, se ha encomendado a las diaconías para continuar con la labor en los hogares católicos que asi lo manifiesten por escrito.
Dichos hogares deben tener en cuenta que los diáconos y subdiáconos:
• sirven para el bien de la salud del cuerpo y el alma del familiar en su domicilio;
• los auxilios espirituales se administran bajo el Rito Tridentino si la familia asi lo deses;
• los cuidados de salud corporal se administran según los estándares arriba mencionados; y,
• nuestros clerigos se someten a la autoridad eclesial de nuestra prelatura y no a la autoridad eclesial apóstata y anatema.
Si lo autoriza la familia y asi lo expresa el paciente, el diácono o subdiácono podrá:
• rezar el Santo Rosario;
• dirigir espiritualmente;
• administrar el Viático;
• realizar meditaciones y lecturas;
• guiar al paciente en su ofrecimiento diario al Sagrado Corazón de Jesús por medio del Inmaculado Corazón de María;
• consagrar el hogar y a toda la familia al Sagrado Corazón de Jesús; y
• y guiar y acompañar a la familia en misas tridentinas.
El solicitante podrá informarse mejor al entrevistar personalmente al diácono o subdiácono seleccionado para el servicio de cuidado de la salud a domicilio.
CONSIDERACIONES PARA EVITAR LA TRANSMISIÓN DE COVID-19
Para evitar la transmisión de COVID-19, el solicitante y la familia deben considerar si es mejor alojar al diácono o subdiácono en casa para el cuidado permanente del paciente.
Así se evitaría el contagio en la calle y transporte público.
Esta es una medida para evitar la carga viral.
